We recover ancient varieties of wheat and we grow them following organic farming techniques in the most suitable areas for each variety. Our crops are currently in Catalonia, Aragon, Castilla and Leon, and France.

We support our associated farmers in the study of the soils and the planning for the managed fields, providing the seeds selected as the most suitable for each agronomic environment.

In order to ensure a long-term sustainable agriculture we apply integral production farming techniques that optimize the natural resources of the soil and promote crop rotation. We nourish the soil in a natural way by alternating between wheat and legumes (chickpeas and lentils). Since this legumes are part of the production cycle of our cereals, they are also available for sale in our stores.
